Once a product is shipped and “delivered” SBBPRODUCTS is no longer reliable for stolen or lost packages. Please contact the delivery carrier for further questions and concerns. SBBPRODUCTS is not responsible for the time frame in which your package gets to you. The post office is responsible for when your package arrives at your door regardless of what type of shipping you selected. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.
SBBPRODUCTS is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please make sure you enter in the correct address before pressing purchase. Please make sure if you have an apartment number, that you provide that information otherwise your package will be sent back to us and you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping labels.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Orders placed Mon-Fri BEFORE 4PM will be shipped out the same day and you will receive it overnight. Orders placed Mon-Fri AFTER 4PM will be shipped out the next morning. Orders placed Sat & Sun will be shipped out Monday morning and you will receive your package on Tuesday. The post office is closed on the weekends.
International orders: we are not liable for any custom duty taxes or fees once your package has been handed off to the delivery services. Refused or unclaimed international orders will NOT be refunded.
We can however file a claim for lost, stolen or damaged items with our shipping insurance team, depending on the nature of the situation. You must provide proof and fill out the form that is provided by our team. This process can take anywhere from 2-5 days to complete. Once your claim is filed and approved we may be able to issue you a refund or package replacement. It varies on the case.
Shipping times - Orders will arrive within 1-8 business days upon shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time in some cases.
